Feel the stress slip off your shoulders as you listen to the calming voice of Belleruth Naparstek in an hour of Guided Imagery!
"Guided Imagery is a kind of deliberate, directed daydreaming that uses soothing music and narrative to evoke multisensory memory and guide your mind and body towards a relaxed and focused state." It’s a great way to relax and take your mind off of finals stress for an hour, and it is completely free!

Time: 6:45–7:45 PM
Please arrive 5 – 10 min. early to secure your spot and to begin promptly at 6:45 PM. If you need any additional study or de-stressing tips, feel free to stay after to talk to RCPD Explorations in Ability Coordinator Regina Carey about some great strategies.

What to bring: YOUR STUDENT ID WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER IM SPORTS CIRCLE – NO ID, NO ADMITTANCE!! Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat (something comfortable to lie on); the Dance Studio will have a few soft mats available. Chairs will be available in the event you are unable to lie down.
