MSU's Office of Study Abroad (OSA) is offering more than 50 programs this summer that will help students discover other cultures, enhance their resumes, improve their foreign language skills and broaden their experience. Financial aid is available to qualified students. Deadlines for summer financial aid applications are March 3, however, some extensions may be available. There is not an actual paper application, but students must call or e-mail the office and let a financial aid adviser know.
Overseas program applicants must contact the Office of Overseas Study and fill out the appropriate paperwork. Students needing financial assistance must let Overseas Study know as well as make a summer aid request from the Office of Financial Aid, said Cheryl Whitman of the Office of Financial Aid.
