OPHS will be well represented at several national conferences this month. Among those presenting are Michael Hudson, OPHS's visual characteristics specialist. Hudson will discuss MSU's talking tactile map project at the Cal State Northridge Conference on Technology and People with Disabilities. Marta Belsky, OPHS' deaf and hard of hearing specialist, will travel to Minnesota to serve as a panelist for a live satellite broadcast, "Beyond the Surface: Implementing ADA in Postsecondary Institutions." And Stoney Polman, OPHS' psychiatric and brain injury specialist, will be reviewing grants for the Administration on Developmental Disabilities in Washington D.C.
