Overseas Study Applications Due March 14
MSU's Office of Study Abroad (OSA) offers more than 50 programs this summer that will help you discover other cultures, enhance your resume, improve your language skills and broaden your experience. Financial aid is available to qualified students.Thursday, Feb. 6, the MSU Union will play host to the Study Abroad Fair.
1997 Summer Employment Fair Workshops
Career Services and Placement's Student Employment Office is hosting several employment skills workshops. Included are workshops on finding internships and resume writing. Call Career Services and Placement at 355-9520 ext. 480 or TTY 432-0442 for specific dates and handicapper accommodations. The fair will be held Feb. 13 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and interviews will be held Feb. 14 in 113 Student Services Bldg.
Self-Help Fair
Third Annual Self-Help and Support Group Fair will be held Sat., April 12, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sun., April 13, noon to 5 p.m. at the Frandor Shopping Center in Lansing.
There are groups for almost every need. Come see a smpling of the local peer-led groups and meet some of their members. They offer support, information and education of various subjects, based on personal experience. This is an information fair, not a fundraiser.
