ArtPrize, an art festival that originated in 2009 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has become a staple in the art community of Western Michigan and around the state. One year after its creation, ArtPrize added another component in the form of the Legacy Trust Award Collection (LTAC), a statewide art competition for adults with disabilities.
LTAC is seeking paintings, drawings, photography, and many other kinds of art from individuals with disabilities from around the state of Michigan. Four artists will be sponsored by LTAC and will receive $500 and sponsorship in ArtPrize 2013.
Submissions are due by May 15, 2013 and there are other dates of importance as well throughout the competitive season. Fill out the registration form here and get that art work submitted!
