RCPD Building Location
RCPD is located at 120 Bessey Hall, near the center of the Michigan State University campus, on the southwest corner of Farm Lane and Auditorium Road.

Step-by-Step Driving Directions
- Follow I-96 to (E. Lansing) I-496/US-127 exit.
- North on I-496/US-127 to Trowbridge Rd. exit 9.
- East on Trowbridge to Farm Lane.
- North (left) on Farm Lane, across bridge.
- West (left) at traffic light (Auditorium Rd.)
- South (left) to park in visitor spaces behind Bessey Hall.
On-campus Directions
The RCPD is located on the first floor in the north end of Bessey Hall - Suite 120. We are located at the southwest corner of Farm Lane and Auditorium Rd. We are serviced by CATA bus routes 24, 26, 31, and 33. Our office is also serviced by CATA Spec-Tran and rideshare services via the west parking lot behind Bessey Hall, accessed via the Auditorium Rd. driveway between Bessey Hall and the parking ramp.
Parking
If you are driving and parking in the Bessey Hall lot, please request a visitor parking permit from the receptionist when you arrive. The RCPD has two free parking spaces (with permit provided by RCPD) in the west parking lot behind Bessey Hall. Parking is allowed Mon-Fri from 7am - 6pm. NOTE: This is a tow away zone. It is imperative you check in immediately and receive a placard permit to avoid being towed.
Those with State Accessible Parking Permits may use the accessible spaces behind Bessey Hall without the RCPD placard permit. Note: the accessible spaces are separate from the RCPD Visitor parking spaces.
For a longer parking period, parking in a university visitor parking lot is the recommended option. Please see the following websites for information:

Visitor Lot #62W (behind the IM West), Lot #39 (South of International Center), and Lot #79 (South of the Stadium) are the closest to the RCPD.
Metered lots are available, but the length of time allowed is limited. Metered parking lots closest to the RCPD are:
- North of the Computer Center (West of Bessey Hall)
- North of the Kresge Art Center (East of Bessey Hall)
- Grand River Avenue Ramp (North of Bessey Hall)
