The staff at RCPD were masters at addressing my daughter's concerns in an effective yet 'behind-the-scenes' way. -Joyce Giampalmi, Anita Giampalmi Scholarship Founder |
Dating back to the 1934 formation of the Tower Guard sophomore honor organization, MSU leveraged its unique land grant mission empowering persons with disabilities to achieve greatness. Since 1972, the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities combines a passionate belief in ability with a dedicated team effort to create unsurpassed opportunity and achievement by thousands of MSU alumni with disabilities. A new generation of donor-supported programs provides awareness, hope and expanded opportunity for today's over 1,200 students, faculty, and staff with disabilities. Community investment has fueled an impressive range of signature programs and endowed scholarships within the RCPD. Each program paired a fundamental belief in ability with strategic investment to create a marvelous portfolio of possibility. From volunteerism to financial contributions, we warmly welcome your assistance in furthering opportunity. Should you or someone you know also have passion for maximizing ability and opportunity, please share news of the RCPD with them and consider how you might help us write the next chapter of ability and opportunity.
